Select Hog2PC as DMX Provider.
When you launch ESP, select Hog2PC as the DMX Provider. This will configure ESP Vision to "listen" for the DMX as it is output by HogPC. When you want it to revert back to using Sandnet, select sandnet.dll as the DMX Provider. If you have two monitors set up, you can run ESP Vision on one monitor and HogPC on the other monitor, allowing you to see all of your workspace at one time.
